Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Minga London pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
